After 7 played minutes Perth Amboy AFC got a freekick which was hit by Zīn ud-Dīn Massi. After a rather tough play, Perth Amboy AFC's Nasser Boukensa got a free kick in the 9th minute. Winterville's Noureddine Oussar got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abdelhani Sakhri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Amara having to interfere. Ahmed Amara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noureddine Oussar, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Perth Amboy AFC's goalkeeper Ahmed Amara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdelhani Sakhri. Winterville's Said Cohen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Boutabout in the 26th minute of play. Noureddine Oussar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amar Madjer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Said Cohen having to interfere. Abdelhani Sakhri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ahmed Amara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Ahmed Amara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noureddine Oussar in the 54th minute of the match. 58 minutes in the game, Amar Madjer fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Said Cohen having to interfere. Said Cohen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amar Madjer's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Perth Amboy AFC's Mohamed Boutabout got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mohamed Boutabout sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Amar Madjer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Abdelhani Sakhri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Winterville's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdelhani Sakhri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmed Amara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abdelhani Sakhri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Ahmed Amara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Winterville's Abdelhani Sakhri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmed Amara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Djamel Sennaoui hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Abdelhani Sakhri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ahmed Amara having to make a save. In the 90th minute, Fouad Reda Madouni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute of the match Rachid Baba Ali Zitouni sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmed Amara skillfully saved the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
