Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lakhdar Soltani started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Abd al-Aziz Madouni came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Highview fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abd al-Aziz Madouni couldn't finish the play. Mustapha Seghiri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abderrachid Zenia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Lakhdar Soltani fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Daho Morceli, passed just outside the right post. In the 17th minute, Reda Zidān left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Haverhill AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Lakhdar Soltani charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lakhdar Soltani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lakhdar Soltani hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Reda Zidān managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haverhill AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Reda Zidān was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mustapha Seghiri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reda Zidān received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Mustapha Seghiri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohammed Ahmed Sofiane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Mohammed Ahmed Sofiane came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Highview fans jumped to their feet. Mustapha Seghiri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reda Zidān in the 42nd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Reda Zidān made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Haverhill AFC's zone, Mohammed Ahmed Sofiane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daho Morceli came out of the goal and Mohammed Ahmed Sofiane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daho Morceli came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Highview's Mohammed Ahmed Sofiane. But to his dismay, Mohammed Ahmed Sofiane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 57th minute Mohammed Ahmed Sofiane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daho Morceli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mohammed Ahmed Sofiane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Mohammed Ahmed Sofiane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lakhdar Soltani might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daho Morceli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lakhdar Soltani ran back to his position shaking his head. If Lakhdar Soltani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lakhdar Soltani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Daho Morceli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lakhdar Soltani scored 2-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daho Morceli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kateb Hamdani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Highview's Mustapha Seghiri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Highview from getting a goal against them. Highview's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
