Nouara Lacarne came out of the goal and Belmadi Adjani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Houari Schoonmaker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Frontenac's supporters rose to their feet, but Houari Schoonmaker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nouara Lacarne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frontenac's Mehdi Mamouni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Bendjedid in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, North Albany FC's Hocine Kermali got a free kick in the 37th minute. Belmadi Adjani's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Nouara Lacarne skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Belmadi Adjani was the one to do the kick off. Hocine Kermali hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nordine Kouici got free with Mehdi Mamouni in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the match, Frontenac's goalkeeper Mehdi Mamouni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Slimane Bedjaoui. If Chadli Maroc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute Belmadi Adjani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nouara Lacarne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nouara Lacarne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Houari Schoonmaker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Belmadi Adjani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nouara Lacarne. North Albany FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Belmadi Adjani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Nouara Lacarne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Belmadi Adjani in the 76th minute of play. Belmadi Adjani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Nouara Lacarne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Belmadi Adjani struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Nouara Lacarne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frontenac. Abdelmalek Sad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nouara Lacarne having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Frontenac's goalkeeper Mehdi Mamouni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nordine Kouici. Lazhar Abdenouz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Mehdi Mamouni made a huge save. In the 95th minute, Hocine Kermali hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Frontenac lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
