Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Progreso's Rafik Hamdani started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nourredine Zakaria kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Chakib Bensaoula, 6 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Jean Raho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yazid Prévost read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to East Hampton North getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ismaïl Baroudi hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, Jean-Michel Menad sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Hachemi Raho threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Jean-Michel Menad this time. Yazid Prévost made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nourredine Zakaria in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute Nourredine Zakaria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yazid Prévost saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hachemi Raho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fouad Bourebbou, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Yazid Prévost showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nourredine Zakaria in the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Progreso's goal looked a bit too open when Nourredine Zakaria came free, but Yazid Prévost reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Fouad Bourebbou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yazid Chedda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Hachemi Raho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yazid Prévost took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nourredine Zakaria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafik Hamdani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nourredine Zakaria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nourredine Zakaria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yazid Prévost having to interfere. Nourredine Zakaria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Yazid Prévost tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Progreso's zone, Jean Raho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yazid Prévost came out of the goal and Jean Raho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yazid Prévost made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Jean Raho sent off a good shot on target. After 62 played minutes East Hampton North got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Kouici. The supporters of Progreso booed when East Hampton North was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillaume Laurent Boudjedra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hachemi Raho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yazid Chedda in the 69th minute of the match. Progreso's Yazid Prévost proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Progreso from getting a goal against them. After 72 minutes, Smail Sam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Progreso and the East Hampton North players grew even worse after the yellow card. East Hampton North's Chakib Bensaoula shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 73rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Yazid Prévost but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafik Hamdani in the 77th minute of play forced East Hampton North's goalkeeper Hachemi Raho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Yazid Chedda put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hachemi Raho. Mohamed Kouici kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Hachemi Raho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yazid Chedda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the game, Progreso's Rafik Hamdani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hachemi Raho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Smail Sam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Hachemi Raho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Belmadi Morceli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. East Hampton North's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Progreso the free kick. Belmadi Morceli hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
