Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Brookside's Hakim El-Ouafi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abdelhamid Mamouni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hamid Daham having to make a save. 8 minutes into the game, Abdelaziz Belloumi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brookside's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Foxes the free kick. When Yacine Sadmi came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Brookside fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yacine Sadmi couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute, Yacine Sadmi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Abdelhamid Mamouni put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Hamid Daham. Madjid Fanon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Hamid Daham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohammad Zouba had great luck who in the 29thth minute grab hold of the ball when Hakim El-Ouafi from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Abdelhamid Mamouni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Foxes's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdelhamid Mamouni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hamid Daham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hamid Daham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelhamid Mamouni, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Abdelhamid Mamouni made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Madjid Fanon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Farès Bouteflika during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 54 played minutes Foxes got a freekick which was hit by Farès Bouteflika. Foxes's Mohammad Zouba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yacine Sadmi in the 57th minute of play. After 59th play minutes Madjid Fanon shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Hamid Daham and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of Foxes booed when Brookside was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdelaziz Belloumi didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Ben Ben Khalidi in the 70th minute of play forced Brookside's goalkeeper Hamid Daham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hamid Daham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelhamid Mamouni in the 78th minute of play. If Abdelhamid Mamouni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abdelhamid Mamouni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Hamid Daham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Madjid Fanon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamid Daham having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Foxes's zone, Hakim El-Ouafi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohammad Zouba came out of the goal and Hakim El-Ouafi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mohammad Zouba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yacine Sadmi in the 96th minute of play. Foxes played a much better game than Brookside and deserved their victory. The Brookside players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
