Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Winslow AFC's Rabah Morceli started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Chadli Khaled made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rabah Morceli in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute Tedj Hadjar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noureddine Mami saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tedj Hadjar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Noureddine Mami tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Madhi Kheyari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chadli Khaled having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Alain Boudjedra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tedj Hadjar struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Noureddine Mami didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Philipsburg. Rabah Morceli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chadli Khaled having to interfere. If Madhi Kheyari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 48 minutes, Rabah Morceli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Winslow AFC and the Philipsburg players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Philipsburg booed when Winslow AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rabah Morceli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tedj Hadjar was the one to do the kick off. If Tedj Hadjar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54thth minute of the game Tedj Hadjar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Winslow AFC's Noureddine Mami was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Liamine Nima took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Chadli Khaled. Philipsburg's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Madhi Kheyari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Madhi Kheyari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Winslow AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Madhi Kheyari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chadli Khaled breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abdellah Medjadi Mimoun hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. If Djamel Besseghir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Noureddine Mami showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Djamel Besseghir, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. When Madhi Kheyari came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Winslow AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Madhi Kheyari couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Djamel Besseghir in the 71st minute of play forced Winslow AFC's goalkeeper Noureddine Mami to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 played minutes Philipsburg got a freekick which was hit by Abdellah Medjadi Mimoun. When Philipsburg's Djamel Besseghir in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Winslow AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Noureddine Mami came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Philipsburg's Tedj Hadjar. But to his dismay, Tedj Hadjar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 81st minute, Ferhat Kouici hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Rabah Morceli fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Chadli Khaled, passed just outside the right post. In the 84th minute, Madhi Kheyari left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Winslow AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Winslow AFC's Noureddine Mami played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Djamel Besseghir in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Philipsburg booed when Winslow AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdelaziz Rahouli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd match minute, Winslow AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faouzi Nabil to maneuver through the defense. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
