Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dida Sahraoui started the match with the kick off. Ahmed Boutella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samir Boukensa having to interfere. Dida Sahraoui recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmed Boutella received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Samir Boukensa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samir Boukensa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmed Boutella's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Frantz Bensaoula showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karim Ali, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Karim Ali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samir Boukensa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmed Boutella's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. 28 minutes into the match, Purvis's goal looked a bit too open when Dida Sahraoui came free, but Samir Boukensa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Estherville AFC's Frantz Bensaoula got control of the ball when Karim Belfaa tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Karim Belfaa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Frantz Bensaoula. Karim Belfaa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Estherville AFC's zone, Karim Belfaa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frantz Bensaoula came out of the goal and Karim Belfaa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 47 played minutes Purvis got a freekick which was hit by Abdulhamid Benchenaa. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Karim Ali made the kick off in the second half. Dida Sahraoui kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Frantz Bensaoula showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karim Ali in the 54th minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Karim Drid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toufik Maillot succeeded in the game's 56th minute to get real power on a long shot . Estherville AFC's Frantz Bensaoula hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 2-0! In the 60th minute of the match Rabah Saïfi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frantz Bensaoula skillfully saved the ball. Karim Ali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute Karim Belfaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frantz Bensaoula saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samir Boukensa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmed Boutella went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Fergani El-Ouafi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samir Boukensa having to interfere. If Ahmed Boutella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 71 minutes, Rachid Saïd-Guerni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estherville AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rachid Saïd-Guerni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute, Purvis's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ahmed Boutella fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the Estherville AFC defense, Karim Belfaa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frantz Bensaoula. The Estherville AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frantz Bensaoula should have stopped the shot. If Ahmed Boutella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Abdulhamid Benchenaa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Estherville AFC's Fergani El-Ouafi got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Purvis's Toufik Maillot couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Estherville AFC. 97 minutes into the match, Purvis's Karim Ali sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frantz Bensaoula narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
