The shot was a little too simple and Tayeb Abdessalam could save by the left post. Mustapha Fadela charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mustapha Fadela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Tayeb Abdessalam successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nasserredine Belloumi charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nasserredine Belloumi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, Howard FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nasserredine Belloumi to maneuver through the defense. Howard FC's Tayeb Abdessalam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Howard FC from getting a goal against them. Rachid Nabil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 23 minutes into the game, Howard FC's Nassim Kermali nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmed Faudel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 28 minutes into the match, Howard FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rachid Nabil came free, but Tayeb Abdessalam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tayeb Brahmi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The long shot by Djamal Sadi in the 36th minute really tested Tayeb Abdessalam's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Meziane Bendjedid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tayeb Abdessalam having to interfere. Ahmed Faudel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nassim Kermali's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Tayeb Abdessalam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rachid Nabil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Rachid Nabil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boca Pointe AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.

The wind increased when Tayeb Brahmi made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Boca Pointe AFC's Tayeb Khabatou got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Bouzid Sifi's late challenge caught a Howard FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bouzid Sifi helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet as Nassim Kermali kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ahmed Faudel. That made the score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. Meziane Bendjedid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Tayeb Abdessalam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Meziane Bendjedid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tayeb Brahmi struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Ahmed Faudel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Howard FC. After 78 minutes of play Boca Pointe AFC's Mustapha Fadela was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Mustapha Fadela kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When Howard FC's Tayeb Brahmi in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Boca Pointe AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 85 minutes into the match, Boca Pointe AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tayeb Brahmi came free, but Ahmed Faudel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tayeb Khabatou fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boca Pointe AFC's protests and gave Tayeb Khabatou a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Howard FC booed when Boca Pointe AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tayeb Khabatou didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Howard FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Howard FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
