Rachid Bencheikh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Souad Khadra having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Knodi Megharia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Souad Khadra was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Ouadah in the 18th minute of play forced Bellmawr FC's goalkeeper Abderaouf Hamdani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grove Place's Souad Khadra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Knodi Megharia in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute, Rachid Bencheikh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bellmawr FC's Knodi Megharia got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mohamed Ouadah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 38thth minute of the game Knodi Megharia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grove Place's Souad Khadra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Grove Place's Souad Khadra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Knodi Megharia in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Knodi Megharia to strike the kick off in the second half. If Mohamed Ouadah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bellmawr FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
