With 3 minutes on the clock, Fawzi Bezzaz commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 2 minutes into the game, one of Conneaut:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Amar Beloufa was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Rabah Ben Bella capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rabah Ben Bella really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. If Rachid Bencheikh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 16th minute, Amine Saïfi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Knodi Megharia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the game, Hakim Belmellat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bellmawr FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Conneaut the free kick. 22 minutes into the game, one of Bellmawr FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 28th minute Knodi Megharia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amar Beloufa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bellmawr FC's Rachid Bencheikh got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mouloud Hamdani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abderaouf Hamdani having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bellmawr FC's Abd al-Asis Soltani got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Bellmawr FC's Abderaouf Hamdani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mouloud Hamdani in the 34th minute of play. If Mouloud Hamdani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Mouloud Hamdani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abderaouf Hamdani was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Conneaut's Mouloud Hamdani got a free kick in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Conneaut's goalkeeper Amar Beloufa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rachid Bencheikh. Amar Beloufa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Knodi Megharia in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute of the match, Knodi Megharia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Amar Beloufa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Knodi Megharia to strike the kick off in the second half. Mouloud Hamdani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Abderaouf Hamdani made a huge save. 56 minutes into the match, Conneaut's goal looked a bit too open when Knodi Megharia came free, but Amar Beloufa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zoheir Saïdi-Sief's late challenge caught a Bellmawr FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zoheir Saïdi-Sief helped the player get up and apologised. Zoheir Saïdi-Sief kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Rachid Bencheikh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amar Beloufa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amar Beloufa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Knodi Megharia went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. If Knodi Megharia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mouloud Hamdani got free with Abderaouf Hamdani in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. For all the effort they put into the match, the Conneaut players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bellmawr FC.
