Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tedj Bouchemla kicked off to start the match. If Daho Ben Khalidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Ahmed Drid managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tullahoma's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmed Drid was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. François Bahari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. West Carthage's Daho Ben Khalidi got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tullahoma's goalkeeper Rachid Ben Khalidi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Halim Menguellet managed to get in a good position for a shot. West Carthage's supporters rose to their feet, but Halim Menguellet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rachid Ben Khalidi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bouabdellah Matmour received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Rachid Ben Khalidi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daho Ben Khalidi struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Rachid Ben Khalidi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for West Carthage. In the 25th minute, Abdel El-Hadi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Bouabdellah Matmour put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rachid Ben Khalidi. After 32 minutes, Halim Menguellet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the West Carthage and the Tullahoma players grew even worse after the yellow card. Halim Ghozali took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for François Bahari. West Carthage's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mohammed Boniche's late challenge caught a West Carthage's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mohammed Boniche helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, Tullahoma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohammed Boniche to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
Halim Menguellet took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rachid Ben Khalidi. Rachid Ben Khalidi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. West Carthage's Daho Ben Khalidi got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Tedj Bouchemla sped through West Carthage's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of François Bahari. Mohamed Mecherara kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hocine Ibrir during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 69th match minute, West Carthage was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hocine Ibrir to maneuver through the defense. With his leg François Bahari managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Tullahoma's Ahmed Drid fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Ahmed Drid came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Tullahoma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmed Drid couldn't finish the play. Ahmed Drid who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of François Bahari when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Daho Ben Khalidi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tedj Bouchemla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. François Bahari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmed Drid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without François Bahari having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in West Carthage's zone, Tedj Bouchemla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. François Bahari came out of the goal and Tedj Bouchemla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tedj Bouchemla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without François Bahari having to interfere. The supporters of West Carthage booed when Tullahoma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohammed Boniche didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tullahoma players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for West Carthage.
