Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Groton FC's Jussef Zarabi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Daho Boniche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, SütlüceSpor's goal looked a bit too open when Jussef Zarabi came free, but Ahmed Fillali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamid Metref kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. When Groton FC's Ismaël Massi in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ferhat Bey's late challenge caught a Groton FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferhat Bey helped the player get up and apologised. After 18 played minutes SütlüceSpor got a freekick which was hit by Ferhat Bey. After a rather tough play, Groton FC's Jussef Zarabi got a free kick in the 20th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as SütlüceSpor's Daho Boniche slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Camel Azzizi-Kettab. That made the score 1-0 after 22 minutes of play. 29 minutes into the match, Groton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daho Boniche came free, but Camel Azzizi-Kettab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ismaël Massi came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Groton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismaël Massi couldn't finish the play. After having played for 34 minutes, Ismaël Massi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Groton FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismaël Massi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ferhat Bey got his second yellow card in the match during the 35th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 35th minute, Ferhat Bey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jussef Zarabi in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmed Fillali prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ahmed Fillali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jussef Zarabi in the 40th minute of play. Ahmed Fillali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jussef Zarabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd match minute, Groton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noureddine Mimoun to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sofiane Bouzid stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ismaël Massi in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ahmed Fillali, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ismaël Massi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Ahmed Fillali 57 minutes into the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Sofiane Bouzid managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SütlüceSpor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sofiane Bouzid was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ismaël Massi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Fillali having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, SütlüceSpor's goalkeeper Ahmed Fillali had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismaël Massi. The audience was convinced that Jussef Zarabi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmed Fillali was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Camel Azzizi-Kettab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sofiane Bouzid in the 83rd minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of SütlüceSpor:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Groton FC:s goal. Ahmed Fillali had in the 88thth minute some difficulties stopping Abdelhamid Zakaria's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 89 minutes into the match, SütlüceSpor's goalkeeper Ahmed Fillali had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismaël Massi. After 93 minutes, Sofiane Bouzid made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Groton FC's Camel Azzizi-Kettab tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sofiane Bouzid in the 98th minute of play forced Groton FC's goalkeeper Camel Azzizi-Kettab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SütlüceSpor fans cheered their team off the field, for while Groton FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
