The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, one of Watauga:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Abd al-Asis Madjer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute of the match, Cheb Mhenni tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mohamed Harkouk saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mohamed Raï received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Abdelaziz Beloufa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Oak Creek AFC's Mohamed Raï sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abdelaziz Beloufa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oak Creek AFC's Bellemou el Ibrahimi got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bellemou el Ibrahimi in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdelaziz Beloufa saved Watauga from getting behind. The referee gave Watauga a penalty, 42 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Abderrahmane Lamine Kab, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Oak Creek AFC's Mohamed Harkouk. 1-1. Abd al-Asis Madjer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cheb Mhenni to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Watauga getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Abd al-Asis Madjer hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mohamed Raï in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abdelaziz Beloufa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rachid Bensaoula hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. If Bellemou el Ibrahimi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Anther Boulebda fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oak Creek AFC's protests and gave Anther Boulebda a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Watauga booed when Oak Creek AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anther Boulebda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abd al-Asis Madjer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bellemou el Ibrahimi came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Abdelaziz Beloufa could save by the left post. 81 minutes into the match, Watauga's goalkeeper Abdelaziz Beloufa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bellemou el Ibrahimi. Bellemou el Ibrahimi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bellemou el Ibrahimi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Abdelaziz Beloufa made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Oak Creek AFC's Lounès Morceli got a free kick in the 88th minute. Mohamed Ben Ahmed Amri hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Mohamed Harkouk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abd al-Asis Madjer in the 92nd minute of the match. Abd al-Asis Madjer struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Mohamed Harkouk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Watauga. Abd al-Asis Madjer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
