Jean Labi might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jean-Michel Halimi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The FENERBAHCE fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when FENERBAHCE's Abdelaziz Brahimi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
