Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Ahmed Reda Halimi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Weston FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmed Reda Halimi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mohammad Seghiri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdellah Medjadi Hamdani during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Weston FC's Hameur Amara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billel El-Kenz in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Weston FC booed when Galveston was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hocine El-Kenz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Weston FC's Samir Hadjadj got a free kick in the 9th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdelnacer Ibrir got free with Mohammad Seghiri in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Galveston getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Hachemi Megharia hit a great ball. Ali Bouzid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Hameur Amara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Weston FC were furious when Mustapha Fanon was red carded, 22 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 21st minute, one of Weston FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Weston FC. In the 24th minute there was a penalty for Galveston. Robert Abrika stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hameur Amara. 0-1. Ali Bouzid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hameur Amara having to interfere. When Ali Bouzid came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Galveston fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Bouzid couldn't finish the play. If Ali Bouzid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billel El-Kenz in the 32nd minute of play forced Weston FC's goalkeeper Hameur Amara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Abdelnacer Ibrir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mohammad Seghiri was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Hameur Amara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Billel El-Kenz, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Samir Hadjadj was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Weston FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galveston the free kick. Samir Hadjadj hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Abdelnacer Ibrir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohammad Seghiri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdelnacer Ibrir in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 54 played minutes Galveston got a freekick which was hit by Hachemi Megharia. Abdelnacer Ibrir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohammad Seghiri having to interfere. Weston FC's Hameur Amara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billel El-Kenz in the 59th minute of play. Hameur Amara made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Ali Bouzid sent off a good shot on target. Abdelnacer Ibrir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mohammad Seghiri having to make a save. Billel El-Kenz in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hameur Amara, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ali Bouzid recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Weston FC's Hameur Amara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Weston FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Galveston getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Hocine El-Kenz hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Abdelnacer Boukensa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ali Bouzid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Billel El-Kenz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Weston FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Galveston had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
