If Mohammed Bougherra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16thth minute of the game Albert Bessou who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saco FC's Ahmed Amara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ahmed Amara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Bessou in the 19th minute of the match. Mohammed Bougherra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Amara having to interfere. Mohammed Bougherra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Mohammed Bougherra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd match minute, Saco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakim Méniri to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Highgrove's Mohammed Bougherra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmed Amara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albert Bessou in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmed Amara saved Saco FC from getting behind. Mohammed Bougherra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nouredine Zouba made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Saco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakim Méniri to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Saco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mohammed Bougherra came free, but Ahmed Amara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daho Zafour in the 64th minute of play forced Highgrove's goalkeeper Farès Soltani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mohammed Bougherra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albert Bessou who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Ahmed Amara when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mohammed Bougherra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Amara having to interfere. Mohammed Bougherra might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmed Amara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mohammed Bougherra ran back to his position shaking his head. Nouredine Zouba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farès Soltani having to interfere. If Daho Zafour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
