Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Harrisville's Kateb Zitouni started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Mounir Yahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kateb Mihoubi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Hicham Raho when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Harrisville's Moulay Saïdi-Sief played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles Rahouli in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Mounir Yahia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Northumberland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Harrisville the free kick. Mounir Yahia hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 19 played minutes, Harrisville's Noureddine El-Kenz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hicham Raho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Harrisville reached it. After having played for 20 minutes, Kateb Zitouni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Harrisville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kateb Zitouni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 24 minutes into the game, one of Harrisville:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Northumberland a penalty, 26 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fodil Adjani, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Harrisville's Moulay Saïdi-Sief. 0-1. Kateb Mihoubi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Hicham Raho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmed Benmabrouk hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Kateb Mihoubi took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hicham Raho. Hicham Raho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 44 minutes of play, Northumberland's Ali Karim Belkassem made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moulay Saïdi-Sief was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Karim Belkassem made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Harrisville's Abdelnasser Ulansi got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Ali Karim Belkassem struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Moulay Saïdi-Sief didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Northumberland. If Kateb Mihoubi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Charles Rahouli came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Northumberland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charles Rahouli couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd minute, Harrisville's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Charles Rahouli fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Kateb Mihoubi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harrisville's supporters rose to their feet, but Kateb Mihoubi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hicham Raho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th minute, Kateb Zitouni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 71 minutes, Kateb Zitouni made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Northumberland's Hicham Raho tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Moulay Saïdi-Sief successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 78th minute, Kateb Mihoubi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hicham Raho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kateb Mihoubi's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Kateb Mihoubi notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Northumberland's Hicham Raho. Hicham Raho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kateb Zitouni struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Hicham Raho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Harrisville. Kateb Mihoubi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hicham Raho having to interfere.
