Avon Heights AFC's Mouloud Rimitti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Avon Heights AFC from getting a goal against them. Rabah Boniche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelkader Touhami in the 6th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Abdelkader Touhami's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rabah Boniche was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. After having played for 17 minutes, Yazid Boudjedra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sewaren FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yazid Boudjedra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Avon Heights AFC's Fawzi Rimitti got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Mouloud Rimitti successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fawzi Rimitti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rabah Boniche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fawzi Rimitti, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Farid Nasro lost his temper 35 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Avon Heights AFC! In the 39th minute, Rafik Zoheir Mazzid got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Redha Kharroubi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mouloud Rimitti. Redha Kharroubi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After some careless play in the Sewaren FC defense, Fawzi Rimitti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rabah Boniche. The Sewaren FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rabah Boniche should have stopped the shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Avon Heights AFC's Mouloud Rimitti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Said Al-Jazairia in the 52nd minute of play. Fawzi Rimitti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rabah Boniche having to interfere. Yazid Boudjedra charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yazid Boudjedra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Yazid Boudjedra hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Mouloud Rimitti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yazid Boudjedra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sewaren FC's goalkeeper Rabah Boniche, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sewaren FC's Rabah Boniche proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Sewaren FC from getting a goal against them. Rabah Boniche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthar Makkeb in the 70th minute of the match. In the 75th play minute Fawzi Rimitti came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rabah Boniche. 2-4. In the 81st match minute, Avon Heights AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelaziz Bouteflika to maneuver through the defense. After 85 played minutes Sewaren FC got a freekick which was hit by Redha Kharroubi. In the 90th minute of the match, Fawzi Rimitti got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rabah Boniche was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Fawzi Rimitti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
