Pearl City's Slimane Bouziane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boudjemaa Madani in the 40th minute of play. If Ben Ali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Khalida Ben Bella made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Ben Ali sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ben Ali got free with Khalida Ben Bella in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 60 minutes into the match, Mohammad Kaci Otman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Slimane Bouziane. Pearl City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mohammad Kaci Otman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Chih Dahleb charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
