Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Yacine Raho took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fateh Cherrad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Rachid Kerbouche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rachid Kerbouche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fateh Cherrad in the 9th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fateh Cherrad in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rachid Kerbouche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Pearland's Rabah Kafi got control of the ball when Sid Ahmed Saïdi-Sief tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Lili Firoud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Pearland fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Pearland's Fateh Cherrad looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 24th match minute, North Naples was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lakhdar Abdelghani to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sid Ahmed Saïdi-Sief got free with Rabah Kafi in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rachid Kerbouche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fateh Cherrad in the 29th minute of the match. Fateh Cherrad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Kerbouche having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Fateh Cherrad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rachid Kerbouche. North Naples's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fateh Cherrad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 41st minute Fateh Cherrad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rachid Kerbouche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Pearland's Lili Firoud in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye North Naples's goalie prevented a goal. 47 minutes into the game, Abderaouf Deghmani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pearland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave North Naples the free kick. After 47 played minutes Pearland got a freekick which was hit by Abderaouf Deghmani. Yacine Raho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Rabah Kafi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fateh Cherrad to make the kick off. When North Naples's Yacine Raho in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pearland's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Pearland's Yazid Morceli got a free kick in the 55th minute. The audience was convinced that Sid Ahmed Saïdi-Sief's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rabah Kafi was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. 62 minutes into the match, Pearland's Fateh Cherrad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rachid Kerbouche narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Lili Firoud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fateh Cherrad in the 70th minute of play forced North Naples's goalkeeper Rachid Kerbouche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Abderaouf Deghmani suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After having played for 74 minutes, Lili Firoud managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pearland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lili Firoud was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Smail Faudel kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Lili Firoud got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lili Firoud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Kerbouche having to interfere. In the 95th minute of the match North Naples got a corner. Pearland's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Smail Faudel ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Smail Faudel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pearland's Rabah Kafi did a great save. Yacine Raho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rabah Kafi having to interfere. Pearland's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
