The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmed Haddadj got free with Said Ouadah in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th minute, Noureddine Zitouni ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amar Raho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Amar Raho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Madhi Apap, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Beaver Dam's Yacine Ighil got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nouredine Tlemcani in the 15th minute of play forced Beaver Dam's goalkeeper Said Ouadah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Ahmed Haddadj got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Nouredine Tlemcani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Said Ouadah was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. The supporters of Iola AFC booed when Beaver Dam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noureddine Zitouni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Beaver Dam's Madhi Apap got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmed Haddadj's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Said Ouadah read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Iola AFC's Amar Raho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yacine Ighil in the 46th minute of play. Madhi Apap struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Amar Raho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beaver Dam. The Iola AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Beaver Dam were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nouredine Tlemcani was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Iola AFC booed when Beaver Dam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noureddine Zitouni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Madhi Apap succeeded in the game's 57th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. After a rather tough play, Beaver Dam's Chaba Haddadj got a free kick in the 65th minute. Iola AFC's Ahmed Haddadj got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 67 played minutes Beaver Dam got a freekick which was hit by Chaba Haddadj. Nouredine Tlemcani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Yacine Ighil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Beaver Dam fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 80th minute, Soltani Zidane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dida Bendjedid struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Said Ouadah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iola AFC. 83 minutes into the match, Yacine Ighil notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Iola AFC's Amar Raho. Amar Raho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Iola AFC defense, Madhi Apap kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amar Raho. The Iola AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amar Raho should have stopped the shot. When Madhi Apap in the 93rd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Amar Raho kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-7 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. After a rather tough play, Beaver Dam's Yacine Ighil got a free kick in the 96th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Beaver Dam eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
