Tedj Belhadj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmed Haddadj in the 16th minute. A collision led to Ancient Oaks getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ali Dib hit a great ball. In the 28th minute, Amrani Zaaboub hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th match minute, Iola AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohamed Gourion to maneuver through the defense. After 31 played minutes, Ancient Oaks's Hamza Mansouri shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Amar Raho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ancient Oaks reached it. After 33 played minutes Ancient Oaks got a freekick which was hit by Ahmed Belmellat. Tedj Belhadj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nouredine Tlemcani in the 34th minute of the match. Amar Raho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamel Drioueche in the 37th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nouredine Tlemcani in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tedj Belhadj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Nouredine Tlemcani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Ahmed Haddadj got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kamel Drioueche to strike the kick off in the second half. Tedj Belhadj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmed Haddadj in the 55th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Ahmed Haddadj got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Iola AFC booed when Ancient Oaks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rachid Oussalah didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes Ancient Oaks got a freekick which was hit by Rachid Oussalah. Kamel Drioueche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 87 played minutes, Iola AFC's Ferhat Daham shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tedj Belhadj came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ancient Oaks walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
