Lakhdar Oussar struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Karim Benida didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmer FC. Karim Benida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brahim Belloumi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karim Benida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brahim Belloumi in the 14th minute of play. It was a well-played corner which Nouara Bridji managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 18th match minute, Buena Ventura Lakes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adlène Aarache to maneuver through the defense. Karim Benida was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Reda Khadra. Mustapha Bouazza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hocine Baroudi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28thth minute of the game Hocine Baroudi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palmer FC's Mustapha Bouazza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brahim Belloumi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lakhdar Oussar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Karim Benida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Buena Ventura Lakes FC fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Buena Ventura Lakes FC's Hocine Baroudi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lakhdar Oussar got free with Karim Benida in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brahim Belloumi made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brahim Belloumi in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karim Benida saved Buena Ventura Lakes FC from getting behind. Palmer FC's Mustapha Bouazza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hocine Baroudi in the 59th minute of play. Ismael Cherrad hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Lakhdar Oussar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 69 minutes, Hocine Baroudi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buena Ventura Lakes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hocine Baroudi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mustapha Bouazza made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Karim Amrouche sent off a good shot on target. If Brahim Belloumi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Cherrad was shown his second yellow card after 86 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Buena Ventura Lakes FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Ismael Cherrad hit a great ball. Brahim Belloumi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Karim Benida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Buena Ventura Lakes FC's goalkeeper Karim Benida, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
