François Akrour's late challenge caught a Devola's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Ahmed Ben Khalidi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ismaël Cerbah was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. When Devola's Gilles Hamouda, in the 73rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Devola. In the 81st minute, Gilles Hamouda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Franklin's Souad Mimoun shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 94th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ismaël Cerbah but with some difficulty. Devola were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Franklin for a fine match.
