Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mohamed Dib got the match started through his kick off. Ahmed Saïfi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noureddine Saïdi-Sief having to interfere. Lakhdar Kouidri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Shaler Township's zone, Ahmed Saïfi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noureddine Saïdi-Sief came out of the goal and Ahmed Saïfi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Farmersville's Lakhdar Kouidri got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 17thth minute of the game Mehdi Reda Madouni who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Farmersville's Abdelmalek Bencheikh was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Ahmed Saïfi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdelmalek Bencheikh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Dib in the 30th minute of the match. Mehdi Reda Madouni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Abdelmalek Bencheikh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehdi Reda Madouni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelmalek Bencheikh having to interfere. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Farmersville's goalkeeper Abdelmalek Bencheikh, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lakhdar Kouidri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Noureddine Saïdi-Sief tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Farmersville:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Shaler Township:s goal. Abdelnacer Ramdani walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Lakhdar Kouidri made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lakhdar Kouidri in the 53rd minute of play forced Shaler Township's goalkeeper Noureddine Saïdi-Sief to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Rabah Nabil fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shaler Township's protests and gave Rabah Nabil a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th minute, Rabah Nabil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Noureddine Saïdi-Sief made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmed Saïfi in the 58th minute of play. Mehdi Reda Madouni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Farmersville's Abdelmalek Bencheikh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Dib in the 79th minute of play. Noureddine Saïdi-Sief showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lakhdar Kouidri in the 85th minute of the match. Noureddine Saïdi-Sief showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmed Saïfi, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. When Lakhdar Kouidri came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Farmersville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lakhdar Kouidri couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Farmersville's Abdelmalek Bencheikh got control of the ball when Mehdi Reda Madouni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ahmed Saïfi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noureddine Saïdi-Sief having to interfere.
