A collision led to Vandergrift FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Boudjemaa Benhamou hit a great ball. Yasmina Bouazza struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Karim Nasro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glenside. With a little luck, Glenside's Rafik Khelaifia got control of the ball when Kasdi Belloumi tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sofiane Aboulker in the 15th minute of play forced Glenside's goalkeeper Rafik Khelaifia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Sofiane Aboulker fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rafik Khelaifia, passed just outside the right post. Yasmina Bouazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karim Nasro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Farid Hindi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yasmina Bouazza in the 36th minute of play forced Vandergrift FC's goalkeeper Karim Nasro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Farid Hindi took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karim Nasro. Karim Nasro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After recieving a nice pass, Glenside's Abdelaziz Lacarne tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Vandergrift FC's Karim Nasro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Farid Hindi in the 48th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Farid Hindi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute of the match Soltani Mimoun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafik Khelaifia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Yasmina Bouazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Farid Hindi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karim Nasro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Dida Dib was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vandergrift FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glenside the free kick. After a rather tough play, Vandergrift FC's Dida Dib got a free kick in the 64th minute. Abdelaziz Lacarne struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. After 71 played minutes Vandergrift FC got a freekick which was hit by Fadhil Bedjaoui. After a defensive mix-up in Glenside's zone, Sofiane Aboulker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafik Khelaifia came out of the goal and Sofiane Aboulker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rafik Khelaifia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sofiane Aboulker in the 84th minute of play. Vandergrift FC's Karim Nasro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Vandergrift FC from getting a goal against them. After 87 played minutes Vandergrift FC got a freekick which was hit by Boudjemaa Benhamou. Yasmina Bouazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
