Smail Said showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Michel Al-Jazairia, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 17th minute, Abdel Dib got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-Michel Al-Jazairia in the 22nd minute of play forced Bowie FC's goalkeeper Smail Said to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Bowie FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Boudjemaa Macias hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Jean-Michel Al-Jazairia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Hawarden FC's Cheb Nabil got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hawarden FC's goalkeeper Mohammed Ahmed Soltani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mohammed Ahmed Soltani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamid Bougherra in the 31st minute of play. Jean-Michel Al-Jazairia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Jean-Michel Al-Jazairia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Smail Said. That made the score 2-0 in the 49 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jean-Michel Al-Jazairia was the one to do the kick off. If Abdel Dib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Bowie FC's Amar Bouazza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Mohammed Ahmed Soltani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amar Bouazza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amar Bouazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Mohammed Ahmed Soltani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Hawarden FC's Jean-Michel Al-Jazairia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Smail Said narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdel Dib in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Smail Said prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Smail Said showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdel Dib in the 77th minute of the match. Jean-Michel Al-Jazairia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Smail Said having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Abdel Dib's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Smail Said was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Hawarden FC's Mohammed Ahmed Soltani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Hawarden FC from getting a goal against them. If Hamid Bougherra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. From close distance Hamid Bougherra pressed in the 2-2 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 85 minutes into the game. Hamid Bougherra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohammed Ahmed Soltani having to interfere. The supporters of Bowie FC booed when Hawarden FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Said Souakri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hamid Bougherra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amar Bouazza struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Mohammed Ahmed Soltani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bowie FC. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
