Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hamid Saadane kicked off to start the match. Madjid Chaib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Smail Feraoun in the 11th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Abdelmalek Cavalli took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Nourredine Dahleb to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Hamid Saadane managed to get in a good position for a shot. Groton AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hamid Saadane was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nourredine Dahleb breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abdelmalek Cavalli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hamid Saadane struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Nourredine Dahleb didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Groton AFC. Abdelmalek Cavalli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nourredine Dahleb was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hamid Saadane showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 38 minute of play. A collision led to Groton AFC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Hocine Maroc hit a great ball. Madjid Chaib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmed Zidane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the match, Groton AFC's Hamid Saadane sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nourredine Dahleb narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abdelmalek Cavalli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

53 minutes into the game, Smail Feraoun lined in a short shot 2-2 behind a frustrated Madjid Chaib. Groton AFC's Madjid Chaib played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Smail Feraoun in the 56th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bluffdale's Hamid Liegeon got a free kick in the 58th minute. Groton AFC's Abdelmalek Cavalli got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Smail Feraoun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Bluffdale's Salah Barbarossa got a free kick in the 69th minute. Bluffdale's Nourredine Dahleb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelmalek Cavalli in the 75th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmed Zidane got free with Madjid Chaib in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Smail Feraoun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamid Saadane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abdelmalek Cavalli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nourredine Dahleb read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. When Leon Amara fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bluffdale's protests and gave Leon Amara a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bluffdale getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Leon Amara hit a great ball. In the 87th match minute, Bluffdale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rabah Deghmani to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Abdelmalek Cavalli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nourredine Dahleb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
