In the 16th minute of the match, Said Bitat tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Noureddine Fergani saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some careless play in the Woodlynne AFC defense, Said Bitat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Noureddine Fergani. The Woodlynne AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noureddine Fergani should have stopped the shot. René Djamel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noureddine Fergani having to interfere. Fawzi Chaib kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. François Teissier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Yazid Firoud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noureddine Fergani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Said Bitat in the 38th minute of the match. René Djamel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Woodlynne AFC defense, René Djamel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Noureddine Fergani. The Woodlynne AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noureddine Fergani should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Bridge City's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Chakib Daham 54 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. Bridge City's Yazid Firoud proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Bridge City from getting a goal against them. Yazid Firoud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chakib Daham in the 60th minute of the match. When Noureddine Hadj Aïssa fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Woodlynne AFC's protests and gave Noureddine Hadj Aïssa a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Woodlynne AFC's Noureddine Hadj Aïssa got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, one of Woodlynne AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Woodlynne AFC. When Fawzi Chaib was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 67 minutes had been played. The supporters of Bridge City booed when Woodlynne AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fawzi Chaib didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 69 minutes, René Djamel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bridge City's supporters crossed their fingers, but René Djamel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute, Chakib Daham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st minute, François Teissier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yazid Firoud was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. René Djamel might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Noureddine Fergani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. René Djamel ran back to his position shaking his head. Noureddine Fergani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Said Bitat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yazid Firoud didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from François Teissier went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
