In the 46thth minute of the game Mansour Boudiaf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salyersville's Fodil Hanister was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Salyersville's goalkeeper Fodil Hanister had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cheb Doutté. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mansour Boudiaf was the one to do the kick off. Fodil Hanister made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cheb Doutté in the 54th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Northwest Harbor's Cheb Doutté sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodil Hanister narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Northwest Harbor fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Northwest Harbor's Cheb Doutté looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ahmed Messaoud came out of the goal and Madjid Dahleb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute, Abdulhamid Guendouz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Salyersville's Rafik Zoheir Djahnine got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Fodil Hanister didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mansour Boudiaf went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Fodil Hanister showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cheb Doutté, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 96th match minute, Northwest Harbor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toufik Doutté to maneuver through the defense. Salyersville's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
