A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 7th minute, Larbi Ammour got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Larbi Ammour's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mouloud Larbi was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Larbi Ammour put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Mouloud Larbi. In the 27thth minute of the game Larbi Ammour who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Statesville AFC's Mouloud Larbi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fodil Cohen-Tannoudji breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute, Larbi Ammour left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Waukee AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Hocine Ahmed's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mouloud Larbi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Tedj Feraoun charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tedj Feraoun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee gave Waukee AFC a penalty, 41 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Karim Belkacem, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Statesville AFC's Mouloud Larbi. 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hameur Mammeri made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Statesville AFC's goalkeeper Mouloud Larbi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chadli Malek. If Chadli Malek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hocine Ahmeds short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Mouloud Larbi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Larbi Ammour fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mouloud Larbi having to interfere. Statesville AFC's Mouloud Larbi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Statesville AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 77th minute, Hocine Ahmed made a precise shot to the right of Mouloud Larbi. Statesville AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After having played for 81 minutes, Hocine Ahmed managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Waukee AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hocine Ahmed was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Waukee AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hameur Mammeri came free, but Fodil Cohen-Tannoudji reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Statesville AFC's Adlène Hamdani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodil Cohen-Tannoudji made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Mouloud Larbi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 91st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Karim Belkacem. If Hameur Mammeri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Waukee AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
