Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Thorndale FC's Lakhdar Meriem started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Soltani Belmellat kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. If Mustapha Djamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thorndale FC's Lakhdar Meriem got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kader Ramdani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frantz El-Ouafi, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Albert Dib's late challenge caught a North Bay Shore FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albert Dib helped the player get up and apologised. Albert Dib kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. North Bay Shore FC's Farid Reda Madouni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lakhdar Meriem in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Lakhdar Meriem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Farid Reda Madouni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frantz El-Ouafi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mustapha Djamel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Farid Reda Madouni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mustapha Djamel in the 30th minute. Lakhdar Meriem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farid Reda Madouni having to interfere. Kader Ramdani came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by North Bay Shore FC's Frantz El-Ouafi. But to his dismay, Frantz El-Ouafi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frantz El-Ouafi was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Lakhdar Meriem got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lakhdar Meriem in the 56th minute of play forced North Bay Shore FC's goalkeeper Farid Reda Madouni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute Mustapha Djamel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Farid Reda Madouni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Jean-Baptiste Brahimi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Thorndale FC fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Thorndale FC's Lakhdar Meriem looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 67th match minute, Thorndale FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lakhdar Nekkar to maneuver through the defense. Frantz El-Ouafi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Kader Ramdani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Farid Reda Madouni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lakhdar Meriem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, North Bay Shore FC's Frantz El-Ouafi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Ahmed Belkacem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Kader Ramdani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Frantz El-Ouafi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmed Belkacem got free with Kader Ramdani in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Thorndale FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ali Boutabout hit a great ball. After 96 played minutes Thorndale FC got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Baptiste Feraoun. Ahmed Reda El-Hadi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 97th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. North Bay Shore FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
