In the 10th match minute, Fort Defiance FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Said Belkhadem to maneuver through the defense. Abdelaziz Souakri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Cheb Saïdi-Sief tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mahmoud Achiu fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Town and Country's protests and gave Mahmoud Achiu a yellow card for diving instead. Khair ad-Din Zerguelaine's late challenge caught a Town and Country's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Khair ad-Din Zerguelaine helped the player get up and apologised. Khair ad-Din Zerguelaine hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute of the match Noureddine Mansouri sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Souad Belmadi skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Said Fadela in the 23rd minute of play forced Fort Defiance FC's goalkeeper Souad Belmadi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fort Defiance FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Maamar Saïdi-Sief scored to the left of an out of position Souad Belmadi, making the score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Fort Defiance FC's zone, Said Fadela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Souad Belmadi came out of the goal and Said Fadela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute, Gilles Boudiaf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Noureddine Mansouri was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 35th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Liamine Zidane to make the kick off. In the 59th minute, Abdel Benyamina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute, Said Belkhadem sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Town and Country's Cheb Saïdi-Sief didn't even have to move. After a defensive mix-up in Town and Country's zone, Abdelaziz Souakri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cheb Saïdi-Sief came out of the goal and Abdelaziz Souakri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Liamine Zidane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cheb Saïdi-Sief having to interfere. Liamine Zidane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cheb Saïdi-Sief took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liamine Zidane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdelaziz Souakri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Cheb Saïdi-Sief tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 83 in the game by Abdelaziz Souakri from a close distance when the talented Cheb Saïdi-Sief managed to make a qualified save. Town and Country's players were relieved. A collision led to Fort Defiance FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Gilles Boudiaf hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Town and Country had won after a very even match.
