Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abdelmalek Benarbia took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rabah Guendouz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Abdelaziz Azzizi-Kettab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ismael Barbarossa came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Washougal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Barbarossa couldn't finish the play. Bethel AFC's Abdelaziz Azzizi-Kettab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelmalek Benarbia in the 11th minute of play. When Rabah Guendouz came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Washougal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rabah Guendouz couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Washougal FC booed when Bethel AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mahmoud Chaib didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdelaziz Azzizi-Kettab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelmalek Benarbia in the 17th minute of the match. Ismaël Bezzaz hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bethel AFC's zone, Abdelmalek Benarbia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdelaziz Azzizi-Kettab came out of the goal and Abdelmalek Benarbia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21stth minute of the game Rabah Guendouz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bethel AFC's Abdelaziz Azzizi-Kettab was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Abdelmalek Benarbia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Washougal FC's zone, Djamel Benhamou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rachid Baba Ali Brahimi came out of the goal and Djamel Benhamou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bethel AFC's goalkeeper Abdelaziz Azzizi-Kettab, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 29 minutes into the game, Washougal FC's Abdelmalek Benarbia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abdelaziz Azzizi-Kettab made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Mohammad Kaci Boniche fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Washougal FC's protests and gave Mohammad Kaci Boniche a yellow card for diving instead. Washougal FC's Abdelmalek Benarbia got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Rabah Guendouz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdelaziz Azzizi-Kettab was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Rabah Guendouz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelaziz Azzizi-Kettab having to interfere. After the first half Washougal FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kasdi Camus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Rabah Guendouz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Washougal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rabah Guendouz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rabah Guendouz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdelaziz Azzizi-Kettab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelmalek Benarbia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ismaël Bezzaz during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Rabah Guendouz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Ismael Ramdane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 73 minutes, Mimoun Ouid Ammour managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bethel AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mimoun Ouid Ammour was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Djamel Benhamou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rachid Baba Ali Brahimi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bethel AFC's goalkeeper Abdelaziz Azzizi-Kettab, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Abdelmalek Benarbia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rachid Baba Ali Brahimi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Djamel Benhamou, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 91st minute, Rabah Guendouz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Washougal FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
