The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mouloud Zouba during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th match minute, Williamsport AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mouloud Zouba to maneuver through the defense. Ahmed Cavalli struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Belmadi Mimoun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Munhall. Munhall's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Williamsport AFC the free kick. The Williamsport AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3.
