Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Liamine Bensaoula started the match with the kick off. Abd al-Asis Reda Madouni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chaba Chadl, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Mohamed Djebbour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hocine Ahmed came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Richardson fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hocine Ahmed couldn't finish the play. Hocine Ahmed who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Said Kerkar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hocine Ahmed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Said Kerkar having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Edmond FC's goal looked a bit too open when Belaid Bencheikh came free, but Said Kerkar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liamine Bensaoula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Belaid Bencheikh's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Said Kerkar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Abd al-Asis Reda Madouni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chaba Chadl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belaid Bencheikh in the 28th minute of play forced Edmond FC's goalkeeper Said Kerkar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mourad Boufroura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Edmond FC's zone, Hocine Ahmed stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Said Kerkar came out of the goal and Hocine Ahmed tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Liamine Bensaoula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Abd al-Asis Reda Madouni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richardson's Abd al-Asis Reda Madouni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chaba Chadl in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belaid Bencheikh in the 44th minute of play forced Edmond FC's goalkeeper Said Kerkar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chaba Chadl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abd al-Asis Reda Madouni having to interfere. Abd al-Asis Reda Madouni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liamine Bensaoula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The crowd rose to their feet as Edmond FC's Liamine Bensaoula slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abd al-Asis Reda Madouni. That made the score 0-1 after 51 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mourad Boufroura during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Edmond FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Mourad Boufroura hit a great ball. When Hocine Ahmed fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Richardson's protests and gave Hocine Ahmed a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Richardson's Hocine Ahmed got a free kick in the 57th minute. Abd al-Asis Reda Madouni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Liamine Bensaoula's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Chaba Chadl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmond FC's Liamine Bensaoula got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Said Kerkar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hocine Ahmed in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Richardson's Belaid Bencheikh got a free kick in the 79th minute. When Liamine Bensaoula came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Edmond FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liamine Bensaoula couldn't finish the play. When Chaba Chadl, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 83 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Abd al-Asis Reda Madouni was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Edmond FC's Liamine Bensaoula slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abd al-Asis Reda Madouni. That made the score 0-2 after 87 minutes of play. In the 92nd minute, Mourad Boufroura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edmond FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
