Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Menlo FC's Redha Mezair started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Dacono FC's Nadir Dib got control of the ball when Hameur Bentifour tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute, Ahmed Bruel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Dacono FC's Nadir Dib didn't even have to move. Hameur Bentifour in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nadir Dib, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Redha Mezair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Nadir Dib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nadir Dib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Redha Mezair in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Menlo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Charles Dahleb came free, but Hocine Fadela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hameur Bentifour sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 45 minutes, Charles Dahleb managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dacono FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charles Dahleb was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the game, El Benhabiles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dacono FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Menlo FC the free kick. The supporters of Menlo FC booed when Dacono FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. El Benhabiles didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Charles Dahleb made a kick off. Hocine Fadela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rachid Bellemou Messaoud in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Menlo FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abdelhamid Morceli was slow to take the kick. During this time Dacono FC's players had a chance to rest. Abdelhamid Morceli made a great header on Dacono FC's corner, it was just that Menlo FC's Hocine Fadela managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 59th minute, Mohammed Boulebda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Dacono FC's goal looked a bit too open when Redha Mezair came free, but Nadir Dib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hameur Bentifour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohammed Boulebda got his second yellow card in the match during the 69th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Menlo FC booed when Dacono FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohammed Boulebda didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute of the match Alain Bilal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nadir Dib showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ahmed Bruel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Redha Mezair had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nadir Dib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hameur Bentifour, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Nadir Dib came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Menlo FC's Redha Mezair. But to his dismay, Redha Mezair quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 96 minutes into the game, Redha Mezair cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Nadir Dib was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dacono FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
