Jean-Baptiste Ulansi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakim Belloumi having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Reda Sellal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafik Assad was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. From close distance Tahar Yahia pressed in the 1-1 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 26 minutes into the game. Springs FC's Madjid Saci couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Huntsville FC. 41 minutes into the game, Khalida Bensaïd was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Huntsville FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Springs FC the free kick. Khalida Bensaïd kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Yazid Djaout hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Tahar Yahia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jean-Baptiste Ulansi was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Jean-Baptiste Ulansi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Springs FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Baptiste Ulansi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hakim Belloumi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th match minute, Springs FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Dahleb to maneuver through the defense. Hakim Ahmed struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Rafik Assad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huntsville FC. 71 minutes into the game, Reda Sellal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Rafik Assad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Reda Sellal's late challenge caught a Springs FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reda Sellal helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Huntsville FC's Reda Sellal got a free kick in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Reda Sellal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rafik Assad. Reda Sellal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Reda Sellal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Hakim Belloumi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tahar Yahia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
