The referee showed Mourad Kharroubi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mourad Kharroubi hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Mohamed Hamdani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benamar Zéroual saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chattanooga Valley's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmed Kermali was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karim Abrika breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fergani Meriem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Abrika having to interfere. Karim Abrika made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mansour Mohand in the 73rd minute of play. Karim Abrika was a little too slow when Mansour Mohand got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 0-3. The Chattanooga Valley players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
