The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Woodstown getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Fodil Sadmi hit a great ball. Woodstown's Mansour Guendouz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salah Brahami in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Tahar Al-Jazairia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dunn FC's Boudjemaa Dziri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelaziz Djamel in the 10th minute of play. If Sid Djenia Lkbira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salah Brahami's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mansour Guendouz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdelaziz Djamel in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boudjemaa Dziri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Sid Djenia Lkbira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fodil Sadmi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 38 minutes had been played. The supporters of Dunn FC booed when Woodstown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fodil Sadmi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Salah Brahami managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dunn FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salah Brahami was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute of the match, Salah Brahami tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mansour Guendouz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Salah Brahami was the one to do the kick off. Hamza Bridji charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hamza Bridji the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hamza Bridji kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After having played for 59 minutes, Salah Brahami managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dunn FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salah Brahami was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mansour Guendouz came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Dunn FC's Sid Djenia Lkbira. But to his dismay, Sid Djenia Lkbira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Salah Brahami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mansour Guendouz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sid Djenia Lkbira in the 71st minute of play forced Woodstown's goalkeeper Mansour Guendouz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Dunn FC's Noureddine Louahla got a free kick in the 76th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
