Belaid Hadj Aïssa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hocine Daham having to interfere. If Abd al-Asis Hadjar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohamed Ben Dibs short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Hocine Daham to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Belaid Hadj Aïssa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Elon College's Mohammad Kaci Madjer got a free kick in the 28th minute. Hamid Sifi spun around in front of the goal 30 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Elon College's goal. Kamel Diss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abd al-Asis Hadjar in the 35th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Abd al-Asis Hadjar put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kamel Diss. Hocine Daham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belaid Hadj Aïssa, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abd al-Asis Hadjar made a kick off. If Belaid Hadj Aïssa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. In the 68th minute, Mohammad Kaci Nima got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hamid Sifi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Smail Madani hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Hamid Sifi came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kamel Diss could save by the left post. In the 78th minute Belaid Hadj Aïssa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hocine Daham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 79 played minutes Napoleon got a freekick which was hit by Tedj Drid. Rabah Dahar got his second yellow card in the match during the 84th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a defensive mix-up in Elon College's zone, Abd al-Asis Hadjar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kamel Diss came out of the goal and Abd al-Asis Hadjar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 91 played minutes Napoleon got a freekick which was hit by Hocine Ghazi. Mohamed Ben Dib received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Hocine Daham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hocine Ghazi kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
