Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Leon Abdenouz took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Oakland's René Brahmi got control of the ball when Zīn ud-Dīn Belmadi tried to sneak it across the goal line. René Brahmi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Abdenouz in the 4th minute of play. When Leon Abdenouz got free in front of the goal in the 6th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. René Brahmi was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Oakland's zone, Leon Abdenouz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. René Brahmi came out of the goal and Leon Abdenouz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. René Brahmi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Benhamou, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rainbow's goalkeeper Chadli Bessou, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes into the game, Zīn ud-Dīn Belmadi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rainbow's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oakland the free kick. 30 minutes into the match, Oakland's goalkeeper René Brahmi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zīn ud-Dīn Belmadi. Boudjemaa Medaci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chadli Bessou having to interfere. A collision led to Rainbow getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Abdelhamid Mansouri hit a great ball. In the 35th minute Karim Hadjadj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chadli Bessou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boudjemaa Medaci struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Chadli Bessou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oakland. Karim Hadjadj's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chadli Bessou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. After 41 played minutes Oakland got a freekick which was hit by Smail Kouidri. René Brahmi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leon Abdenouz's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boudjemaa Medaci stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oakland's Boudjemaa Medaci got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Boudjemaa Medaci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Chadli Bessou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karim Hadjadj blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chadli Bessou having to make a save. René Brahmi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Abdenouz in the 57th minute of play. When Karim Hadjadj came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Oakland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karim Hadjadj couldn't finish the play. Chadli Bessou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohammed Ahmed Halimi in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Rainbow getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Chadli Bessou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boudjemaa Medaci in the 72nd minute of the match. Boudjemaa Medaci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Chadli Bessou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
