Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Fodil Haddou made the kick off which started today's match. East Washington FC's Sofiane Djebbour played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fodil Haddou in the 6th minute of play. Abd al-Asis Nasri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sofiane Djebbour having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fodil Haddou in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sofiane Djebbour saved East Washington FC from getting behind. Cheb Hamouda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelmalek Amirouche in the 14th minute of play. Abd al-Asis Nasri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Sofiane Djebbour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abd al-Asis Nasri's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Sofiane Djebbour skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdelmalek Amirouche in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cheb Hamouda saved Benton Heights from getting behind. East Washington FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rabah Al-Jazairia in the 26th minute. The corner led to East Washington FC's Salah Cohen getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The supporters of Benton Heights booed when East Washington FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nourredine Laura Douibi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 2-0 became the score in the 33rd minute when Fodil Haddou elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Sofiane Djebbour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fodil Haddou in the 40th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Abd al-Asis Nasri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Benton Heights's supporters rose to their feet, but Abd al-Asis Nasri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sofiane Djebbour breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Abdelmalek Amirouche made the kick off in the second half. Benton Heights's Cheb Hamouda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelmalek Amirouche in the 57th minute of play. Karim Amsallems short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Cheb Hamouda to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fodil Haddou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sofiane Djebbour read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Nourredine Laura Douibi struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Cheb Hamouda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for East Washington FC. Abdelmalek Amirouche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abdelmalek Amirouche struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Cheb Hamouda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for East Washington FC. Cheb Hamouda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelmalek Amirouche in the 88th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdelmalek Amirouche in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cheb Hamouda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Cheb Hamouda managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when East Washington FC's Noureddine Boniche fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match clock showed 97 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Abd al-Asis Nasri sped through East Washington FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sofiane Djebbour. For all the effort they put into the match, the East Washington FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Benton Heights.
