After recieving a nice pass, Wekiva Springs's Mounir Belloumi tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 13th minute of the match, Larbi Chedda tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yazid Mhenni saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Wekiva Springs's Larbi Chedda in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a defensive mix-up in Wekiva Springs's zone, Zoheir Bruel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hocine Hamid Brahima came out of the goal and Zoheir Bruel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hocine Hamid Brahima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Said in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoheir Bruel in the 31st minute of play forced Wekiva Springs's goalkeeper Hocine Hamid Brahima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Maple Shade's zone, Tayeb Amri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yazid Mhenni came out of the goal and Tayeb Amri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Wekiva Springs defense, Zoheir Bruel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hocine Hamid Brahima. The Wekiva Springs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hocine Hamid Brahima should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute, Souad Cavalli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohamed Said fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hocine Hamid Brahima having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Larbi Chedda was the one to do the kick off. Larbi Chedda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Tayeb Amri came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Wekiva Springs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tayeb Amri couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Larbi Chedda in the 56th minute of play forced Maple Shade's goalkeeper Yazid Mhenni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tayeb Amri in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yazid Mhenni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Larbi Chedda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jean Mhenni during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 65 played minutes Wekiva Springs got a freekick which was hit by Jean Mhenni. After having played for 67 minutes, Tayeb Amri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wekiva Springs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tayeb Amri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tayeb Amri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Yazid Mhenni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Wekiva Springs's goalkeeper Hocine Hamid Brahima had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zoheir Bruel. Zoheir Bruel charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zoheir Bruel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Yazid Mhenni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tayeb Amri, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
