When Amine Merah-Benida fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kingsgate FC's protests and gave Amine Merah-Benida a yellow card for diving instead. Amine Merah-Benida kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Thelma Bitat had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chakib Fari. Warrior FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thelma Bitat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 44th minute, Dida Brahmi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Soltani Hasni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Ahmed Sadmi made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Larbi Djeziri to make the kick off. After 51 minutes, Khair ad-Din Madjer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Warrior FC and the Kingsgate FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Warrior FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Khair ad-Din Madjer hit a great ball. Jean-Baptiste Morceli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chakib Fari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thelma Bitat in the 59th minute of play. Kingsgate FC's Ahmed Sadmi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Larbi Djeziri in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kingsgate FC's El Zitouni got a free kick in the 62nd minute. If Mansour Hemdani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ahmed Sadmi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Soltani Hasni's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute, Larbi Djeziri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Soltani Hasni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Kingsgate FC's Krim Zaaboub got a free kick in the 81st minute. Mansour Hemdani was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Warrior FC's Fateh Amara suffered a sore thigh after 83 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 83 minutes into the game, Dida Bentaala was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kingsgate FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Warrior FC the free kick. A collision led to Kingsgate FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Dida Bentaala hit a great ball. Kingsgate FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
