The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abd el Apap stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdelaziz Ghazi's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Cheshire Village's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ali Nima 7 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Arvada FC's Nabil Ghozali sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fouad Bey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abdelaziz Ghazi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Cheshire Village's zone, Nabil Ghozali stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fouad Bey came out of the goal and Nabil Ghozali tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Medjadi Cherrad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Nabil Ghozali managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arvada FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nabil Ghozali was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fouad Bey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Cheshire Village booed when Arvada FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belaid Belloumi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arvada FC's Abd el Apap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Medjadi Cherrad in the 33rd minute of play. Medjadi Cherrad struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Abd el Apap didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cheshire Village. Ali Nima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ali Nima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Abdelaziz Ghazi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Nima to strike the kick off in the second half. Medjadi Cherrad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abd el Apap read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Soltani Chedda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arvada FC and the Cheshire Village players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Arvada FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Soltani Chedda hit a great ball. When Cheshire Village's Abdelaziz Ghazi in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Medjadi Cherrad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fouad Bey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Nima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Soltani Chedda hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 94th match minute, Arvada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maïssa Bahari to maneuver through the defense. Abd el Apap stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdelaziz Ghazi's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cheshire Village players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Arvada FC.
