Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ahmed Cherfa took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Greensburg FC's Tedj Sifi got a free kick in the 11th minute. After 13 played minutes, South Monroe's Mustapha Amara shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fadel Bensaoula came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in South Monroe reached it. Fadel Bensaoula made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Rabah Hamdoud sent off a good shot on target. Rabah Hamdoud in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fadel Bensaoula, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ahmed Cherfa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Mebarek Amsallem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Lakhdar Bouazza fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Mustapha Amara hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 25 played minutes, Greensburg FC's Nordine Medjani shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mebarek Amsallem came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Greensburg FC reached it. Ahmed Cherfa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mebarek Amsallem having to interfere. With a little luck, Greensburg FC's Fadel Bensaoula got control of the ball when Rabah Hamdoud tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Greensburg FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Tedj Sifi hit a great ball. If Rabah Hamdoud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adlène Ahmed charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adlène Ahmed the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Rachid Morceli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Greensburg FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rachid Morceli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mebarek Amsallem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Rabah Hamdoud recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lakhdar Bouazza struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Fadel Bensaoula didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for South Monroe. Rabah Hamdoud scored 1-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fadel Bensaoula, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Greensburg FC's zone, Rabah Hamdoud stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fadel Bensaoula came out of the goal and Rabah Hamdoud tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Robert Mamouni could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Mebarek Amsallem however easily saved by the left post. 68 minutes into the game, Hocine Ben Khalidi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. South Monroe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Greensburg FC the free kick. Hocine Ben Khalidi kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Rabah Hamdoud took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fadel Bensaoula. Fadel Bensaoula dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Robert Mamouni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mebarek Amsallem having to interfere. Fadel Bensaoula showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rabah Hamdoud, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rabah Hamdoud in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fadel Bensaoula saved Greensburg FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Rabah Hamdoud's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fadel Bensaoula was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. With his leg Mebarek Amsallem managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Greensburg FC's Robert Mamouni fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The South Monroe fans cheered their team off the field, for while Greensburg FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
