Abd al-Aziz Zéroual recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Belmadi Djebar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moulay Belkhadem went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Belmadi Djebar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamid Amri, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moulay Belkhadem in the 25th minute of play forced Cornville FC's goalkeeper Belmadi Djebar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abd al-Aziz Zéroual didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-1 via right post in the game's 27th minute. Cornville FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 30 minutes into the match, Iola's goalkeeper Khair ad-Din Zaaboub had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abd al-Aziz Zéroual. Belmadi Djebar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moulay Belkhadem, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Ahmed Beloufa kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Belmadi Djebar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamid Amri in the 33rd minute of the match. Moulay Belkhadem struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Belmadi Djebar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iola. Moulay Belkhadem took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Belmadi Djebar. Belmadi Djebar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Hamid Amri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Belmadi Djebar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Salah Ahmed made a kick off. Abd al-Aziz Zéroual struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Khair ad-Din Zaaboub didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cornville FC. 54 minutes into the match, Iola's Moulay Belkhadem sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Belmadi Djebar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute Salah Ahmed shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khair ad-Din Zaaboub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Hamid Amri took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Belmadi Djebar to make any attempt to save it. Salah Ahmed's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Khair ad-Din Zaaboub read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Moulay Belkhadem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Belmadi Djebar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hamid Amri in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Belmadi Djebar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hamid Amri was extremely unlucky when he, in the 70th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Moulay Belkhadem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Iola's goal looked a bit too open when Salah Ahmed came free, but Khair ad-Din Zaaboub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moulay Belkhadem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Noureddine Nabil kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. If Abd al-Aziz Zéroual had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Khair ad-Din Zaaboub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salah Ahmed in the 88th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Ahmed Beloufa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cornville FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Iola walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
