Maïssa Kerbouche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sid Ighil in the 3rd minute of play. Abdulhamid Malek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Maïssa Kerbouche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maïssa Kerbouche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdulhamid Malek, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Abdulhamid Malek managed to get in a good position for a shot. West Sand Lake's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdulhamid Malek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maïssa Kerbouche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute, Houari Sellal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Anchorage FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Guillaume Laurent Adjaoud hit a great ball. 30 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Anchorage FC's Ismael Saïd-Guerni fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Ismael Saïd-Guerni got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Maïssa Kerbouche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulhamid Malek in the 40th minute of the match. With a little luck, West Sand Lake's Hamid Medjani got control of the ball when Ismael Saïd-Guerni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ismael Saïd-Guerni struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Hamid Medjani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anchorage FC. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Sid Ighil made the kick off in the second half. Hamid Medjani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abderaouf Madjer in the 69th minute of play. If Sid Ighil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maïssa Kerbouche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Said Mammeri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmed Saïdi-Sief in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hamid Medjani saved West Sand Lake from getting behind. In the 80th minute Abdulhamid Malek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maïssa Kerbouche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th match minute, Anchorage FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abderaouf Madjer to maneuver through the defense. Guillaume Laurent Adjaoud's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hamid Medjani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Anchorage FC's Ahmed Saïdi-Sief got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Anchorage FC's Maïssa Kerbouche got control of the ball when Abdulhamid Malek tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 89 minutes, Abderaouf Madjer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anchorage FC and the West Sand Lake players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of West Sand Lake booed when Anchorage FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abderaouf Madjer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdulhamid Malek in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maïssa Kerbouche, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
