An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdellah Medjadi Cohen-Tannoudji in the 9th minute of play forced Wauconda FC's goalkeeper Ahmed Bendjedid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Wauconda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abdellah Medjadi Cohen-Tannoudji came free, but Ahmed Bendjedid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Abdellah Medjadi Cohen-Tannoudji came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Bunker Hill Village fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdellah Medjadi Cohen-Tannoudji couldn't finish the play. Bunker Hill Village's Amar Khaled got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
